Diamond

Diamond has a strong cementy flavor and topsoil notes. There are hints of basement smell and some pieces may be metallicy. Medium crunch, may stick slightly if taking big bites but will turn creamy. No grit.

Please keep in mind this product comes from the Earth and each batch may vary is taste and texture. To enhance the flavor lightly mist with distilled water and allow to air out for a couple of days. Keep away from perfumes, candles, household cleaners etc. as clay absorbs smells of what's around it. A windowsill is usually a safe place to air out. 

NOTE: SOME METEOR SIZE BAGS MAY OR MAY NOT COME WITH CRUMBS BUT WILL ALWAYS HAVE LARGER PIECES AS WELL. Picture does NOT represent any specific quantity or weight.
