Half Roasted Nakumatt

Half Roasted Nakumatt is a bit more mild than our Smoked Nak. Still very Earthy with a cementy flavor. Taste like warm rain hitting a hot Summer road. It's crispy crunch is amazing, stays crunchy down to the last bit. Doesn't turn creamy, nor does it stick to your teeth. This one is a great starter if you're nervous about full roasted flavor. 

Please keep in mind this product comes from the Earth and each batch may vary is taste and texture. To enhance the flavor lightly mist with distilled water and allow to air out for a couple of days. Keep away from perfumes, candles, household cleaners etc. as clay absorbs smells of what's around it. A windowsill is usually a safe place to air out.
