Nakumatt Cracker Cookie

WARNING: This batch is NOT like the previous Nakumatt Cookies I had. You may have tried the softer, smoother, no grit cookie. These are different. It was my mix up with the names. If you are wanting the previous batch I will have those in the approx. the end of the second week in December. However, if you like grit and smokey get these. They are insanely similar to Smokey Sticks.

Nakumatt Cracker Cookies are very Earthy with a bold smoke flavor. The cookies have a soft bite with crunchy bits of Nakumatt, gritty but the grit is chewable. These can be a bit rough if you have sensitive gums and teeth. Doesn't stick and chews down to a slurry.

Please keep in mind this product comes from the Earth and each batch may vary is taste and texture. To enhance the flavor lightly mist with distilled water and allow to air out for a couple of days. Keep away from perfumes, candles, household cleaners etc. as clay absorbs smells of what's around it. A windowsill is usually a safe place to air out.
